Mr. Government Pleader 19 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-11-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of Union of India.

This writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- "(i) For the issuance of writ/writs, order/orders in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to create and sanction the posts of Drama / Theater Teachers in every schools/ Colleges of the State and to take steps for appointment of suitable and eligible candidates against the posts of Drama Teachers after following the due procedure of selection such as advertisement, interview etc. interalia on the ground that in all the Education Policies such as NCF, 2005 and NCF, 2009 as well as in the Syllabus of Arts Education issued by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, it is clearly mentioned that Arts Education must become a subject taught in every school as a compulsory subject up to Class - X and facilities for the same may be provided in every school but contrast to above the State Government."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in this regard, petitioners have filed representation before the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7753 of 2024(2) dt.25-11-2024 3/3 respondent no. 4 i. e,. Annexure P - 7 to the writ application but till date, no order has been communicated to him by the concerned respondent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the concerned respondent i. e ,. respondent no. 4 the Director, Secondary Education Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today .
5 . If such representation is filed within stipulated time , the concerned respondent i. e,. the Director, Secondary Education Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall examine the same and pass speaking and reasoned order after hearing the parties in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible .
6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
