JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 395/307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown person committed dacoity in the house of the informant.

Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.07.2016, however, he was not put on Test Identification Parade nor has anything been recovered from his possession.

Manjhi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur/Successor Court, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.47 of 2016.
