It has been averred that out of inadvertence, name of father of petitioner no.2 was typed as "Mahendra Yadav" in the application seeking anticipatory bail.

This application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of father of petitioner no.2 in the main application. Name of father of petitioner No.2 be read as

"Mahadeo Yadav" in the orders dated 04.10.2016 and 15.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42219 of 2016.
