Case No. 208 of 2017, dated 18.09.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have given a Garasa blow on the head of the informant, leading to injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the F.I.R. only, it would appear that the cause of dispute is with respect to irrigation of field. The petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts, et the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 208 of 2017.
