JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A) To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside Resolution dated 05.06.2018 passed by Selection Committee of Anganwari Centre No.335, Ward No.3, village-Malhani, P.S. + Block + District-Supaul

Patna High Court CWJC No.8069 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/3 (Annexure-3) and to set-aside order dated 01.09.2019 (Annexure-5) passed by District Programme Officer, ICDS, Supaul in Anganwari Case No.36/2018 and also appellate order dated 23.01.2021 passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No.34/2019 (Annexure-7) passed by Respondent No.5, the District Officer, Supaul affirming the selection of Private Respondent.

B) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent Selection Committee to appoint petitioner against the post of Anganwari Sevika in Centre No.335,Ward No.3, villageMalhani, Block + P.S. + District-Supaul if petitioner is next in merit list."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction.
