The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 103 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the husband of the victim lady has already received the defalcated amount and both the parties have already compromised the case, as detailed in Annexure-3 to the bail application.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58723 of 2017 (2) dt.07-12-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Sikandra P.S.
