JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners have renewed their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail in Kudra P.S. Case No.61 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 353, 332, 333, 290, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22416 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40923 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 No fresh ground has been urged by the learned counsel for the petitioners for reconsideration of the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

In that view of the matter, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter.

The application is dismissed.
