The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown thief committed theft of motorcycle, Rs.20,000/- cash and two mobiles of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The stolen motorcycle is alleged to have been recovered from the joint house of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no concern with the same. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the

West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. case No.664 of 2018.
