This writ application has been filed for the following relief:- (i) To direct the respondent/s B.N Mandal University, Madhepura to pay the entire amount of deputation allowances to the petitioner with effect from 09.12.2003 to 31.01.2015 while deputes as administrative officer in the P . G. center , Saharsa as well as working in the legal cell of the university simultaneously .

3 . Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.7270 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 petitioner has already filed representation before respondent Nos. 5 and 6 on 19.01.2023 i. e ,. annexure - 11 to the writ application .

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Vice-Chancellor, B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura i. e,. respondent No. 3 with all the necessary documents within a period of four weeks. 5 . If such representation is filed by the petitioner, the concerned respondent i. e,. the Vice-Chancellor, B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura , shall dispose of the same by speaking and reasoned order after hearing the parties in accordance with law , preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing such representation .
