Petitioner is an accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 463 of 2002 arising out of Karakat P.S. Case No. 6 of 2000 for the offence registered under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. He further submits that the petitioner could not be communicated about proceedings of the case because at that time he was in Delhi doing private job. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

No.29369 of 2020(3) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- XVIIth, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S.Tr.
