JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-10-2017 The petitioner has filed this application for cancellation of bail granted by learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.156 of 2016 without first approaching the sessions court. It is the judicial propriety to first move for cancellation of bail passed by a Magistrate before the sessions court, so this application is not maintainable for the said reason.
