2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341 , 323 , 302, 328 , 120 B of IPC .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant suspects that due to illicit relationship between his wife and his brotherin -law , sister of informant was killed by administering poison .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27934 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence . He further submits that only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Informant is not eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Petitioner is wife of informant and Bhabhi of deceased and thus she has got no concern with the alleged occurrence . Doctor has not found any external injury upon the person of deceased. 5 . Learned counsel for the State lopposed the bail and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
