The petitioners arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.34642 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S.
