1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 18.12.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 84337 of 2024, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28625 of 2025(2) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 below within the time granted by this Court due to communication gap. He accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 18.12.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 84337 of 2024, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Aurangabad.
