The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471/34 IPC of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has introduced the informant to Shudhansu Saurave and Harendra Singh, who are running agency for sending the person to outside India. Further it has been alleged that though he has gone outside India but he was not getting money as per consent. On return he has filed the case. There is an another similar case against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in that case the informant has gone outside India and on return identical

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Gautam Sah, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Hussaiganj P.S. Case No.164 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
