No. 6892 of 2012 counsel for the petitioner, substituted Respondent No. 5 Ram Krit Dusadh through Sri Praveen Prakash, duly instructed by Sri Arun Kumar Singh No. 1, Advocate submit that the dispute between the parties regarding land mentioned in Schedule- I, II at page 4 of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5184 of 1994 dt.10-04-2015 2/2 petition has been resolved, Schedule-I land has been given to the petitioner, Schedule-II land has been given to Ram Krit Dusadh.
In view of the aforesaid agreement to resolve the instant dispute, the writ petition is disposed of, as in the Interlocutory Application Indradeo Singh, Dharmdeo Singh, both sons of Late Ram Lochan Singh, have also put their signature along with Ram Krit Dusadh. It is held that hereafter Indradeo Singh, Dharmdeo Singh shall own, possess and cultivate Chak No. 203, Area 49 decimal, Ram Krit Dusadh, substituted Respondent No. 5 shall own, possess and cultivate Chak No. 204, Area 95 decimal.
