Patna High Court CWJC No.5185 of 1994 dt.10-04-2015 2/3 land mentioned in Schedule- I, II and III at page 4 of the petition has been resolved, Schedule-I land has been given to the Petitioner No. 1 Ramadhar Ram, Schedule-II land has been given to Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 Ram Pravesh Gond, Jagai Gond and Schedule-III land has been given to substituted Respondent No. 5 Ram Krit Dusadh.

In view of the aforesaid agreement to resolve the instant dispute, the writ petition is disposed of, as in the Interlocutory Application all the petitioners and substituted Respondent No. 5, namely, Ramadhar Ram, Ram Pravesh Gond, Jagai Gond and Ram Krit Dusadh have also put their signature. It is held that hereafter Petitioner No. 1 Ramadhar Ram shall own, possess and cultivate Khata No. 81, Chak No. 105, from eastern side 4 Decimal, Petitioner Nos. 2, 3 Ram Pravesh Gond, Jagai Gond shall own, possess and cultivate Khata No. 43, Chak No. 238, Area 56 decimal and substituted Respondent No. 5 Ram Krit Dusadh shall own, possess and cultivate Khata No. 81, Chak No. 259, Area 49 decimal and Khata No. 81, Chak No. 105 rest part.
