23-09-2016 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Majorganj P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 308, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention to this court to the fact that for the same incident there is a counter case being Majorganj P.S. Case No. 54/2016 instituted against the prosecution party in the present case. He further submits that there is no injury report available on record.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner, namely, Pramod Mahto, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41717 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S.
