2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-184 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act.
3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during pendency of this case, the dispute between the parties has already been resolved and settled amicably.
4. Learned counsels for the State as well as for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31425 of 2024(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 Opposite Party No. 2 do not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.
5. Having considered the fact that both the parties have compromised the present case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-184 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
