Petitioner is in custody in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014 for the offence under sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.4.2019.

Considering the fact that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 11.4.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29329 of 2020(3) dt.06-01-2021 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020.
