2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N I Act.
3 . At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the intervention of well-wishers, the matter between the parties has been amicably resolved and settled outside the Court.
5. Learned counsel for the State as well as informant do not controvert the contention made on behalf of petitioner.
6. Considering the fact that matter between the

No.32154 of 2024(4) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 parties has already been compromised and in the facts and circumstance of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Sheohar District Sheohar in connection with Complaint Case No. C1 - 138 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
