JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioners, allegedly, caused injury with spade and Khanti to the informant and his son, namely, Pawan Pandey. The Doctor has found a sharp cut wound and a lacerated wound on Pawan Pandey and also a sharp cut wound on the informant which are simple in nature. There is a case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52532 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/Successor Court in connection with Jamui Police Station Case No. 106 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
