JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017, dated 25.06.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners are the sons of the deceased and the case has been lodged by their mother. They are alleged to have killed their father because of the father not obliging them in transferring the ancestral property.
