JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will remove all defects, as pointed out by the office, as and when normal Court would start functioning.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33763 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 27.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33763 of 2017 but, he could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated period hence, this Court may grant further four weeks' time to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27971 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below. Accordingly, the order dated 27.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.33763 of 2017 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this Modification Application is disposed of.
