The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 461,379,411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against his petitioner is that he was involved in the theft from the godown of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing
