ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 06-05-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made his application/ representation for renewal of permit stage carriage for bus bearing Registration No. BR05PB/ 3596 vide application/ representation dated 03.09.2025 (Annexure P/2) along with necessary fees, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 herein

Patna High Court CWJC No.7169 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 (i.e., the Regional Transport Authority, Muzaffarpur) to consider the said application/ representation made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
