Case No.18 of 2014 registered under Sections 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 7, 10 and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The said case was instituted on 13.01.2014 and the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed on 22.01.2015.
