ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly no recoveries have been made from the petitioner. In view of such facts and circumstances and that the two persons were caught with illicit liquor, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-
