The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against co-accused Akhilesh Kumar is that he had induced the minor daughter of the informant to go with him with intent to marry with her or for some illicit purpose. When complaint was made to the petitioners, who are family members of Akhilesh Kumar, they allegedly committed abuse and assault. Considering the nature of allegation against the
