The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against co-accused Akhilesh Kumar is that he had induced the minor daughter of the informant to go with him with intent to marry with her or for some illicit purpose.
