The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sitamarhi(Mehsaul OP) P.S.Case No. 482 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that the case was registered on 12th July, 2012 and the application for grant of prearrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the learned Sessions Judge in 2013, he evaded arrest for sufficiently long time and subsequently got a compromise petition filed before the court below and moved again for grant of pre-arrest bail, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35412 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
