2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 317(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., 30 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered from a seized motorcycle and petitioner is alleged to have fled away from the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the seized motorcycle and has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances of the case and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court - 1, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 141 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., 2023.
