2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody, in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Though the petitioner has been named in the FIR as having boarded a Bolero pickup vehicle from which several litres of raw spirit was recovered, but considering the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 24.02.2024 and taking into account that a co-

No. 36319 of 2021 vide order dated 07.10.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 01, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2020.

4. While saying so, this court has also taken note of the fact that in two other cases of similar nature the petitioner is on bail.
