The petitioners have been made accused in Vidyapatinagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2011 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B),

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26652 of 2019(2) dt.03-07-2019 2/2 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No good ground has been made out by the petitioners for taking any different view in the case. If the petitioners surrender before the Court below and seek bail, the Court below shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained. The petition stands dismissed.
