2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2. Paragraph no.13 of the aforesaid counter affidavit reads as under:- "13. That it is humbly submitted that a meeting was held in the Chamber of Director Administration, BAU, Sabour on 11.08.2017.
Director Student Welfare, BAU, SabourChairman, Director Administration, BAU, Sabour-Member and Comptroller, BAU, Sabour-Member are present in the meeting and after gone through the records and discussion came in conclusion that petitioner has deposited only his GPF contribution with interest and not deposited his leave salary contribution and pension contribution. Petitioner may be allowed pensionary benefits on past services provide petitioner deposit leave salary and pensionary contribution as per rules in university account".
3. After going through the stand of the respondent no.2 in paragraph no.13, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the present writ petition in order to comply with the necessary requirements as mentioned in the aforesaid paragraph 13 in order to get his grievances redressed.
4. In that view of the matter, the application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.6832 of 2015 dt.30-10-2017 disposed of.
5. In case the petitioner complies with the necessary requirements as mentioned in paragraph no.13 of the counter affidavit, respondent no.2, the Vice-chancellor, Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour, Bhagalpur is expected to redress the grievances of the petitioner without any delay.
