The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 registered under Sections 384, 386, 392, 394, 411, 114, 120,(B) read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code..

Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
