The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No. 3470 of 2019, arising out of Bagaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 dated 07.02.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. On suspicion one Subhash Yadav was arrested who has confessed about the participation of the petitioner in the present case. The earlier cases in which the petitioner was made accused, he has been granted bail.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2019 and there is no recovery of any incriminating article from his possession.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, he is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25272 of 2020(2) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 3470 of 2019, arising out of Bagaha P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019.
