2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) against the judgment and order of remand dated 05.02.2026, passed by District JudgeVIIth, Danapur in T.A. No.08/2018 whereby

Patna High Court MA No.348 of 2026(3) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 the T.P. Suit No.105/1996 which was decreed vide judgment & decree dated 23.05.2012 and 06.06.2012, has been remanded to the Trial Court for retrial or to take additional evidence after framing the issue.

3. Mr. Hansraj, learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, M.A. No. 348 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
