The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019 dated 05.06.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 380, 447, 506, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have inflicted knife injury on the person of the informant one of which injuries has been found to be grievous.

However, regard being had to the fact that the petitioner is one of the agnates of the victim and is in custody since 13.03.2020, he is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25273 of 2020(2) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 208 of 2019.
