2. Prima facie, the present M.J.C./contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 723 of 2021.

3. The petitioner is stated to have submitted representation in the month of January, 2022 whereas the concerned respondent was required to comply directions of this Court within a reasonable period of time of three months.

Delay has not been explained and so also there is no application for seeking extension of time to comply the order of this Court.

4. Accordingly, present contempt petition stands dropped subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a reasonable period of four weeks from today.
