Mr.Md. Shakir Ahmad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners invites reference to para 14 of the petition, inter alia, stating that Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2019 had been lodged by one Chotu Yadav, but it appears that through sheer inadvertence, it has been mentioned in para 3 of the order dated 29.04.2019 that the said case had been lodged by the petitioners.
2. This Court is satisfied that a clerical error has occurred in para 3 of the order dated 29.04.2019 and accordingly, the words "The petitioners have also filed Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. No. 92 of 2019" may be treated as corrected to read as "one Chotu Yadav has also filed Bodh Gaya (Cherki) P.S. No. 92 of 2019"
