This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that except the allegation leveled in the F.I.R, there is nothing against the petitioners and they have been implicated in this case due to enmity as they are Gotia. Heard learned APP appearing for the State who opposed the bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before
