JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that except the allegation leveled in the F.I.R, there is nothing against the petitioners and they have been implicated in this case due to enmity as they are Gotia. Heard learned APP appearing for the State who opposed the bail.
Having heard both sides and in view of the fact stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49019 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 the court below within six weeks, who after examining the aspect of the matter available in the case diary and after hearing the parties, pass appropriate order in accordance with law, if possible on the same day.
With this observation, this application for anticipatory bail shall stand disposed of.
