JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Salkhua P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 324, 324, 504 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the son of informant causing his death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is lady and has falsely been implicated in this case and further no specific allegation has been attributed to her and the allegation of assault to the son of informant is attributed to other accused persons of this case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in

No.26546 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/2 the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IV, Saharsa, in connection with Salkhua P.S.
