2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 787/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/494/504/506/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was married to one Ranjesh Yadav. The petitioner is the second wife of Ranjesh Yadav. The allegation against the petitioner and Ranjesh Yadav and others is that of killing the deceased and others. The petitioner has a 14 months child also.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2023 and she has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-III, Madhepura/ concerned court in connection with Madhepura (Parmanandpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 787/2023.
