The petitioners are in custody in connection with University P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, corresponding to the G.O. No.116 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in the instant case total 12 liters liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 04.02.2019.
