For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Paras Nath For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Arun Kumar Singh -5 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard.
This modification application has been filed for extension of period of surrender by the petitioners who were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 25.11.2013, passed in Cr. Misc. No.18956 of 2013.
It appears that the petitioners have no respect for the law, despite grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2013, they remained absconding for long four years approximately without any cogent reason, so there is no ground for extension of the period for surrender. The modification application is dismissed.
