The petitioner, who is in custody since 06.11.2019, seeks bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019, dated 29.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. A country made pistol and live cartridges have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the recovery has wrongly been shown from his house. In the earlier cases in which the petitioner was made accused, he has been granted bail.

No.36730 of 2020(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2019.
