Verma, learned Additional Advocate General-III, pointed out to us a subsequent order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 31.01.2018 passed in the proceedings in which the interim order dated 18.01.2013 in SLP No.8519 of 2006 titled Union of India v. State of Gujarat, relied on by the petitioner as Annexure-6, was passed. Obviously, the public interest litigation was filed without being aware of the said order.
