The petitioner, who is in custody since 08.04.2020, seeks bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 dated 20.05.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)(a) of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of a co-accused person. He has not been put on Test Identification Parade either.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36522 of 2020(2) dt.30-01-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019.
