The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to have assaulted on the neck of the son of the informant by means of dabiya, but the victim sustained injury on his hand in a bid to escape the assault. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to land dispute. As per the impugned order itself, there is no repetition of blow and no injury caused by sharp cutting weapon is found on the person

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
