It appears that the tender was floated by the State of Bihar for procurement of Sanitary Napkin but the same was later on cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is

Patna High Court CWJC No.7950 of 2022(2) dt.05-07-2022 2/2 against the national policy. Since, the entire tender has been cancelled, the petitioner has no locus standi to challenge the action of the State.

The petition stands dismissed.
